Hi! I’m Henrique from IMPRIMA3D.PT, and I’m looking forward to our upcoming 10-minute call. To make sure we get the most out of our time together, here are a few quick tips to prepare.

First, please check you have a stable internet connection.

Make sure your microphone is working so I can hear you clearly.

If you can, use a webcam — it’s not essential, but it does help us communicate better.

If you already have project files or examples, keep them ready to share — this saves us time and gets us straight into the good stuff.

If something comes up and you can’t make it, no problem — you can reschedule up to 24 hours before our call. Just use the same booking link to find a new time.

I like to keep things flexible so we can make it work for you.

And one last thing — any information you share with me stays between us.

It’s only used to schedule and run your consultation, so you can feel comfortable sharing details about your idea or process.
